Girls on the Go

A fun-filled, self-paced program that provides a guided approach to help improve routine physical activity and fitness levels in kids!  The program also includes practical ways for young girls to eat a balanced diet.  This program is fun, interactive and empasizes positive self-esteem!  Classes meet once per week and includes 30 minutes of interactive learning on nutrition and sixty-minutes of coach led group exercise.  Experience the Virtual Gym, rock climbing, water activities, boot camp and much more!  Open to girls ages 8-14 years old.

Classes are held on Wednesdays, 5:00-6:30 pm
